Home Watch Inspection Services

Coming in late 2025, we will be offering this service for home owners who require assistance ensuring their most expensive investment is safe and secure. Call/Text if you have urgent need of this service prior to launching. We will assess and accommodate some services until we are fully functional.

Services include:

Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance of break-ins.
Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.
Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents.
Check that HVAC system is functioning properly including resetting your thermostat and humidistat settings if needed.
Run faucets, sink disposals, and flush toilets.
Check that main water valve is functioning properly (turned off or not leaking) after each inspection (unless otherwise requested by client).
Check electric panel for tripped breakers and make sure electric water heater breaker is turned off (if this applies).
Visual inspection throughout property including lanai and garage.
Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check siding/foundation, porch screening, visible roof damage/flashing, signs of vandalism, etc.
Home watch Inspection Checklist Report completed during each home watch inspection.
IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of abnormalities found (including photos/videos as necessary).

Have A Game-Plan: An unoccupied home is a vulnerable home and it’s important to stack the deck in your favor. The more preventative measures taken to prep your home for when you’re away, the less chance there is for something to go wrong. Along with preparation, it’s important to have a game-plan for when you’re away. A crucial part of that game-plan is to have a home watch professional conduct regular visits of your unoccupied or vacant home and provide you with a report of their findings each visit.

Basic Absentee Home Watch

Check that security system is functioning
Resetting electric appliances/breakers from power outage/surge
Check smoke alarms/replace batteries
Blinds are adjusted
Flush/check all toilets
Run/check all faucets
Run kitchen sink disposal
Watering of indoor plants (if requested)
Function of the furnace/heater or air conditioner
Function of the refrigerator
Removal of newspapers
If a problem is detected and requires immediate attention, we'll contact you and handle it for you.
Inspect area for vandalism and forced entry
Check doors, windows & screens ensuring sure they are secure
Clear out unwanted flyers and newspapers from your yard/mailbox
Check roof and gutters
Check outside faucets (seasonal)

Concierge & Maintenance Services:

We will act as your local contact for such immediate concerns as alarm, fire/police, neighborhood associations, deliveries, etc. - a liaison to you.
Weather in CNY changes quickly, we offer emergency services that assess the situation at the time of the event including post event inspection with a full report of your property status.

Pricing: We believe in running our business transparently and provide our starting off rates upfront for a basic home watch inspection visit (based off frequency and total square footage). Each property is unique and each client’s specific needs are unique. Set pricing will be determined once the property is viewed and will be based off client’s specific needs. HOURS OF OPERATION: Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM EST. Given the nature of our business, we do our best to assist clients after hours and weekends for emergencies that may arise while under our Home Watch services.
