If you are a first time home owner, this comprehensive service will not only educate you but will also leave you with an experienced resource so you are not alone in this journey. We educate you on the 6 facets of a home, how to maintain them and what type of expert to call when life happens.

Cost: First Time Home Owner Education Package: $400: 3-4 hr review of property with new owners where we walk through the exterior/interior of home and answer questions and educate based on 30 years experience. This also includes a full PDF report, PDF documentation on maintenance with a seasonal maintenance schedule and follow up consultations via text/email/call for 1 year. Our goal is to ensure you are able to maintain a safe home for many years to come.

Exterior (Roof, Drainage, Siding)

We teach you how to keep your gutters draining properly, simple grounds maintenance and basic roof maintenance to ensure your home is safe and dry for many years.

HVAC

We help you to understand how and when to change the filters on your furnace, basic AC maintenance home owners can do and who to call when things are not working properly.

Plumbing

Help! When things happen you need to know what to do and who to call. We help you understand the basics of your system (whether its municipality connected or septic) and who to call. Water leak? Where is the shut offs? We help you to understand where the shut offs are and how to shut off your main supply to prevent large damages. Education is the power tool in your home ownership journey.

Electrical

Breakers trip or power goes out and what do you do? We help you understand why these things happen and what to do. Understanding your home power supply and how it is being used is the first step to breathing easy when things happen.

Foundation (type/maintenance/drainage)

Ground water is public enemy of all homes if not drained away properly. We work with you to understand your drainage and how to maintain them. Whether you do the work or contract it out, our intent is to ensure you understand what you have and how it should be maintained.
